Returns Policy:
Please check the product at the time of delivery for any faults or damage. We do not take liability for the product after the product has been received and the delivery has been done. An item will not be returned for cases where you change your mind about buying the product after delivery or any related cases of this sort.
To return an item there has to be a valid reason which will be reviewed and we hold all rights to decline any such request on our discretion.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, the first thing you should do is get in touch with us at 0324-7666222, in case there is no possibility to call, let us know at the earliest possible by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
Cancellations made after product has been shipped will get refunds with shipping cost deducted.
Refunds:
Refunds are only available as store credit.
NOTE: for any product if you want to pay in advance kindly contact us before making any payment, due to any reason if we failed to deliver any listed product listed on our website. We will refund the amount which take approx 3 to 5 working days and customer have to bear all sides transaction charges. (Mentioned Delivery time on product page is estimated time only)
We have rights to refuse any order and we have rights to change our policy without any notice. We have rights to take any legal action against customer if needed.
Digital products Special Note:
There is no claim of digital products once we deliver the digital products in digital form. After delivery there is no return, no refund, and no claim. We have rights to take legal action against customer if forced to replace, return, or refund digital products
Delivery & Shipments:
We deliver across Pakistan and Worldwide through Email, Messenger or WhatsApp.
Most of the products we carry are in stock and delivered the same day. All products may be delivered within 1 hour, 24 hours max depending on availability. Prices and availability subject to change without notice.
We will inform you of this on the confirmation call of the order.
